Content Associate

Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that engage our target audience.

Content Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with broader marketing goals.

Graphic Designer

Collaborate with our design team to create visually compelling materials that support our marketing, branding, and communication efforts.

Graphic Design: Assist in the creation of a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, web graphics, marketing collateral, and promotional materials
Design Concept Development: Work closely with the design team to develop design concepts that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
Visual Content Creation: Create and edit images, illustrations, and infographics to enhance content across various platforms.
Projects Execution: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.

Project Manager

Full Slots

Work closely with our project management team to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion. Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project objectives.

Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Task Coordination: Assist in assigning tasks to team members and tracking their progress.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, and clients.
Client Interaction: Assist in client meetings, provide project updates, and gather feedback.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Production Assistant

Work closely with our production team to support the production of engaging and visually appealing multimedia content.

Video Editing: Assist in video editing tasks, including cutting, splicing, and adding effects or graphics.
Content Creation: Contribute to the development of multimedia content, including videos, photos and animations.
Equipment Setup: Assist with setting up and maintaining multimedia equipment, such as cameras, microphones, and lighting.
Post-Production: Support post-production tasks, such as rendering, exporting, and uploading multimedia content.

Photo & Video Editor

Work closely with our production team to support the production of engaging and visually appealing multimedia content.

Video Editing: Assist in video editing tasks, including cutting, splicing, and adding effects or graphics.
Content Creation: Contribute to the development of multimedia content, including videos, photos and animations.

Architecture Assistant

Full Slots

Work closely with our places team to support the production of engaging and visually appealing building designs.

Site Drafting: Assist in designing and setting up site maps in AutoCad, Revvit, Lumion, etc.
Brainstorming: Communicate with the team design ideas by participating in brainstorming sessions, site visits, internal proposal competition, etc.
Administrative: Assist with organizing documents needed for construction (permits, blueprint prints, etc.) as well as maintaining the materials library. Occasionally, support in sourcing materials and quotations.

Web Designer

Full Slots

Work closely with our web team to support the production of engaging and visually appealing websites.

Site Mapping: Assist in designing and setting up sitemaps, wireframes, etc. to deliver effective designs for business and users
Problem Solving/Troubleshooting: Contribute to the development of more effective and efficient website designs by identifying the problems and devising solutions. .
Brainstorming: Communicate with the team design ideas by participating in brainstorming season, user research and interaction studies.

Web Developer

Full Slots

Work closely with our web team to support the production of engaging and visually appealing websites.

‍

Coding: Assist in writing and maintaining clean, efficient front-end code using best development practices.
Problem Solving/Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues on website projects, contributing to the development of more effective and efficient website designs by identifying problems and devising solutions.
Brainstorming/Collaboration: Communicate with the team by participating in brainstorming sessions, user research, and interaction studies.
Maintenance: Provide technical support related to website systems, and update and maintain ongoing website projects.

‍

*Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with platforms like Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress is a plus!

Copywriter

Full Slots

Work closely with our content and branding team to support the production of engaging and copywriting content.

‍

Brainstorming: Communicate with the team design ideas by participating in brainstorming sessions, research, etc.
Content Creation: Contribute to the development of copywriting content (captions, storyboards, voice lines, etc.)
Problem Solving/Troubleshooting: Contribute to the development of more effective and compelling copywriting through various mediums by proofreading and devising additional solutions.

Office Administrator

Work closely with our administration team to support the studio and its employees.

Organization: Support the administration team in filing, organizing, and updating the files and documents in the studio
Sourcing: Support the administration team in sourcing office needs
Brainstorming: Contribute ideas and initiatives in making the studio processes more efficient and effective.
Problem Solving/Troubleshooting: Contribute to the development of more effective and efficient studio by troubleshooting problems in the studio.
